NEW light weight, light duty Composite Panel Studs.
These small panel studs have a wide range of uses. Originally, their stainless steel versions, were used for mounting on the backside of dash panels or for mounting to the console. Now they are used for securing a wide range of wire clamps and other small components. Weighing in at only .04 ounces (1.1 grams), these are 80% lighter than the same item in stainless steel. If you don't need the strength of the stainless steel version or are looking for a lighter weight alternative, these composite studs may be the ticket!
They are made of the same Nylon material as the AT-3 and AT-5 wire tie mounts. Which, makes them compatible with all the Weld Mount adhesives.
The base plate is 5/8" in diameter with the threaded portion of the stud being 1-1/2" tall. Currently these are not available in different lengths. They are however very easy to snip off after installation, with a pair of flush cutters.
